Debbie Bercume, Principal of Bercume Associates provides Organizational Development, Training and Development, and Human Resources Consulting Services for clients in various industries.   Debbie brings over 20 years experience serving effectively in a variety of roles, including OD practitioner, human resources professional, facilitator, trainer, performance consultant, coach, and business partner.
