Reinforcing Behavioral Styles for Customer Service
A refresher self-paced online class for customer service personnel who have taken the DiSC Classic instrument previously. With the use of a scientific learning instrument, the Personal Profile System, participants learn about their interpersonal strengths and limitations and how their behavior affects others. Techniques are taught to recognize another person's behavior style, and how to adapt and best interact with difficult and/or different people to increase customer satisfaction.
