Understanding Behavioral Styles for Sales
With the use of a scientific learning instrument, the Personal
Profile System, participants learn about their interpersonal strengths and
limitations and how their behavior affects others. Techniques are taught to
recognize and adapt to another person's behavior style and how to best interact
with difficult and/or different people to increase sales productivity.
*Self-Paced online Class. Includes 11 Lessons (Approx. 2 1/2 hours). Need to complete the DiSC Classic
online or paper instrument sold separately.
