Reinforcing Behavioral Styles for Sales
A refresher self-paced online class for sales professionals who have taken the DiSC Classic instrument previously. With the use of a scientific learning instrument, the Personal Profile System, participants learn about their interpersonal strengths and limitations and how their behavior affects others. Techniques are taught to recognize and adapt to another person's behavior style and how to best interact with difficult and/or different people to increase sales productivity.
Includes 5 Lessons (Approx. 1 hours).
