Deborah Bercume , is a professional Executive Coach, Leadership Facilitator, and Trainer. She brings over 25 years of experience working with professionals to achieve personal and professional fulfillment.

Debbie brings expertise in business and human resources development, serving effectively in a variety of roles, which include coach, facilitator, trainer, consultant, manager of human resources and training & development functions, and business partner. She collaborates with strategic alliances of award-winning blended-learning solutions offering clients the most innovative, customizable resources.

Debbie is a co-facilitator for the Institute for Professional Excellence Coaching Program (iPEC).

Debbie earned her MS Degree in Training and Development from Lesley University, her BS in Business Administration from North Adams State College, and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Bentley College. She is Past-President of the Central Massachusetts Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development, an instructor for ASTD’s HPI Certificate Program at Worcester State College.

She is a Master Certified Leadership Coach through the iPEC Coaching Program.
