Group Coaching Works!

What is Group Coaching?

  1. When working as a coaching group, participants can rapidly share their individual/team best practices, for mutual benefit. As a result, great ideas are quickly integrated and distributed world-wide.

  2. When working as a coaching group, participants can manage change quickly and respond without delay. As a result, change happens more smoothly.

  3. When working as a coaching group, 100-200 years of combined wisdom from the participants accelerate the transfer of knowledge. As a result, each participant reaches their goals faster.

  4. More than 100 years of combined experience, knowledge, wisdom, and perspective from the participants (and the coach) accelerates the learning and growth so goals are achieved with less time and effort.

  5. You feel the support of the other like-minded participants so that you can leverage the strength and wisdom of others in helping you break through the personal challenges and barriers that have limited your success in implanting new skills.

  6. You participate in a safe and confidential learning environment in which the other group members respect confidentiality.

  7. Individuals going through very similar issues have direct access to a coach who’s a specialist in conflict and dealing with difficult people.

  8. You receive extraordinary coaching for a reduced investment.

How do you participate?

Group coaching is done by teleconference, via phone and web. Each involves a series of calls and each group is appropriately 5-15 participants.
