Direction setting helps clarify a clear agenda that maintains focus on results. Manager's link individuals and teams to organizational strategy by conducting focused ongoing conversations. They help create a strategically linked agenda for how they and their team. can best contribute to organizational success.

Key Content - 6 sessions (one hour per session)

The Direction Setting program addresses the following:
  • Defining overall organization strategy
  • Learn to link teams/work units to the success of the organizations strategy
  • Build commitment of employees to the most critical, strategy-linked outcomes
  • Adapt and clarify outcomes/expectations continually as conditions and strategies change
  • Manage others who influence the teams ability to contribute
