New Group Coaching Series: Create Value Through People
Create Great Working Relationships-Negotiate to resolve conflicts and manage interactions effectively
Most of us are forced to deal with difficult people and situations daily. This series delivers useful techniques to help you to "keep cool" in a wide variety of difficult situations. In these sessions you'll learn skills that offset difficult situations and dissolve barriers to excellent interpersonal relations. You'll understand the steps you can take to achieve better outcomes in negotiations with clients, vendors, peers, or employee in situations where your skill as a negotiator may be the difference between success and failure for you and your organization.
Key Content - 6 sessions (one hour per session):
Managing Conflict (3 sessions)
- Learn different conflict styles
- Talk through a conflict situation objectively and non-defensively.
- Understand the typical causes behind a conflict.
- Develop first steps and trial solutions to begin to resolve a conflict.
- Follow through to keep momentum toward a solution.
- Work towards reducing the impact conflict has on productivity and work relationships.
Negotiation (3 sessions)
- Manage difficult internal conflicts and help parties reach consensus
- Deal with difficult business conversations and manage interpersonal interactions more effectively.
- Discover new solutions to business and personal problems.
- Learn how to prevent or resolve disputes and conflict.
- Negotiate in any situation with skills that will last a lifetime.
