With in excess of 25 years of professional human resources & training and development experience, Sue brings to Bercume Associates expertise in all human resources generalist & training and development functions. She has proven expertise in public speaking, design and facilitation of custom training programs, conducting human resource audits, writing policies, procedures and job descriptions, change management, reorganization, training and facilitating; as well as expertise in other areas related to human resources and business.

Most recently Vice President Human Resources for Unidine, Sue has also held the positions of Vice President Human Resources for Fine Hotels/The Fineberg Companies and Corporate Director of Training and Development for Remington Hotels Corporation. She has worked with a variety of industries such as service, hospitality, health care, manufacturing, non-profit, retail, and food service management

She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Massachusetts.
