As part of an individual or group coaching engagement, Bercume Associates may recommend and conduct assessments to help individuals better understand their personal and/or business-related strengths and areas for improvement.  We can also be engaged by an organization to facilitate assessments of one or more groups of employees, such as executives or managers. Or, we can help an individual responsible for talent management at your organization get trained/learn how to conduct such self assessments themselves.  And, we can provide the actual assessment tool in a desired quantity, i.e., assessment credits, to an individual who is already trained or accreditated to administer the assessment tool in-question. In sum, we offer the following services related to assessments:
