With in excess of 30 years of professional human resources and organizational experience, Sue brings to Bercume Associates expertise in all human resources generalist functions as well as from an organizational systems prospective.  She has expertise in designing and facilitating training for line level staff through executives, conducting organizational and human resource audits, writing policies, procedures, job descriptions and employee guidebooks, recruitment, change management, workplace issues and investigations, mergers and acquisitions, reorganization, strategic planning as well as expertise in other areas related to human resources and business.

Sue has proven successful experience in all facets of labor relations and employee relations in union and non-union environments.  She has worked extensively with staff and management in training and professional development at all levels to meet business needs and objectives. Sue possesses hands-on expertise and vast experience in the handling of the Human Resources function in mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Bercume Associates, Sue was Vice President Human Resources for Unidine.  Sue has also held the positions of Vice President Human Resources for Fine Hotels/The Fineberg Companies and Corporate Director of Training and Development for Remington Hotel Corporation.  She has worked with a variety of industries such as biotech, finance, non-profit, IT, service, education, health care, banking, hospitality, manufacturing, retail, and food service management.

 

She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Massachusetts.
